During sleep, it is important to make sure that we have a correct pillow and proper mattress to sleep in.The pillow should be made of natural, non-allergenic material, breathable and odourless.
should be constructed in a way that allows the neck to be cradled during sleep

is very much horses for courses when it comes to choosing a pillow and as long
as it serves the purpose of proper support and gives a good night’s rest then

How do you choose the perfect pillow?
You use The Goldilocks Rule: too hard, too soft, just right.
If you have to scrunch up a pillow to sleep on it then this pillow is likely not the one for you. If you are waking up with a stiff neck and have had a restless night sleep then your pillow could be too hard or the wrong size.
A bad pillow can cause many symptoms with chronic headaches and mid shoulder pain being just some of the issues. However, if you lie on a pillow and instantly think ‘wow this is awesome’ then this is the one you buy.
So if you want to waking up every morning in an invigorated and refreshed state, ensure to choose your pillow wisely and follow The Goldilocks Rule.
